The installation and acceptance of the automatic bubble film machine are very important. Correct installation can ensure its efficient operation, and strict acceptance can ensure product quality and safety in use. Both cannot be ignored.
I. Installation of Automatic Air Bubble Film Machines
1. Preparations before Installation
●Site Requirements: Select a dry, well-ventilated site with a flat floor. Ensure there is sufficient space for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the equipment. The area of the site should be determined according to the model and size of the equipment. Generally, a passage space of at least 2 - 3 meters around the equipment should be reserved.
●Power Supply: Check whether the power supply voltage and frequency match the requirements of the equipment. Usually, an automatic air bubble film machine requires a stable three-phase four-wire power supply, and the voltage fluctuation range should be within ±5%. Prepare appropriate power cords and grounding devices to ensure the safety of the equipment's power use.
●Tools and Materials: Prepare common installation tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., as well as foundation bolts, washers and other materials that may be used for equipment installation.
2. Equipment Installation Steps
●Foundation Fixing: Place the air bubble film machine at the planned position on the site. Use foundation bolts to pass through the installation holes in the equipment base and fix it to the ground foundation. During the bolt tightening process, use a level gauge to check the levelness of the equipment. Ensure that the longitudinal and transverse level errors do not exceed 0.5/1000.
●Assembly of Mechanical Components:Install the screw and barrel of the extruder. Pay attention to the fact that the clearance between the screw and the barrel should meet the technical requirements of the equipment, generally between 0.1 - 0.3 mm. After installation, the screw should rotate flexibly by hand without jamming.
Connect the traction rollers, winding rollers and other transmission components. Adjust the parallelism between the rollers. The error should be controlled within 1 mm. Meanwhile, ensure that the tension of the transmission chains and belts is moderate. If it is too loose, it is easy to slip, and if it is too tight, it will increase the wear of components.
●Connection of the Electrical System: Connect the circuits of electrical components such as motors, controllers, and sensors of the equipment according to the electrical wiring diagram. The circuit connections should be firm to avoid loose connections, short circuits and other situations. After the wiring is completed, conduct an insulation test on the electrical system. The insulation resistance should be greater than 2 megohms.
II. Acceptance of Automatic Air Bubble Film Machines
1. Appearance Acceptance
Equipment Integrity: Check whether there is any damage, deformation or paint peeling on the overall appearance of the equipment. All components should be complete without missing parts. For example, observe whether the buttons and indicator lights on the control panel are intact and whether the protective doors can be opened and closed normally and tightly.
Assembly Quality: Check whether the assembly of each mechanical component is precise. The connecting parts should be firm without looseness. For example, check whether the connecting bolts of the extruder, traction device, winding device, etc. are tightened, and whether the layout of each pipeline and circuit is neat and reasonable without winding or interference.
2. Performance Acceptance
Extrusion Performance: Start the extruder and set different temperature parameters (generally between 160 - 220 °C). Observe the plasticization of the materials. Under normal circumstances, the materials should be evenly plasticized and extruded within the specified time without obvious raw materials or burnt materials. The extrusion volume should meet the rated production capacity of the equipment, with an error within ±5%.
Bubble Formation Quality: During the production process, check the size, shape and uniformity of the bubbles. The deviation of the bubble diameter should be controlled within ±10% of the designed value. The bubbles should be full without rupture, and the spacing between adjacent bubbles should be uniform.
Traction and Winding Performance: Adjust the traction speed and winding speed and test the operation stability of the equipment at different speeds. The traction speed should be able to be adjusted smoothly within the range specified by the equipment. When winding, the film should be neatly and tightly wound on the core without offset or wrinkling. The winding tension should be uniform and can be detected by a tension meter. The tension fluctuation range should not exceed ±15% of the set value.
3. Safety Acceptance
Effectiveness of Protective Devices: Check the effectiveness of various protective devices of the equipment, such as protective covers for transmission parts and emergency stop buttons. After starting the equipment, try to open the protective door or trigger the emergency stop button. The equipment should stop running immediately to ensure the safety of operators.
Electrical Safety Inspection: Use professional instruments to check the grounding resistance of the equipment again. It should not exceed 4 ohms. Check whether the leakage protection function of the electrical circuit is normal. In the case of simulated leakage, the leakage protector should quickly act to cut off the power supply.
